Rina is originally from Seattle, Washington where she was a realtor, representing herself in real estate deals. As a real estate investor, she was into "flipping" houses. She loved the process, from researching to find undervalued (waterfront)homes and negotiating, to renovating and doing all the necessary upgrades to the property, staging and finally the marketing and sale of the property at a profit. She did this successfully from 2000 to 2004, until she felt the urge to move to Manhattan. So she went online on a search to find her new home in the Big Apple. She found it and made the purchase from a distance.She says her heart has always belonged to New York City, and now she finally feels at home.
Having been a real estate investor, Rina is familiar with both sides of the transaction. As a New York transplant she can guide others who are planning to make their big move to the Big Apple for a smooth transition. She will diligently do the research and set up appointments for you to see as many apartments as you'd like until you find the one that you absolutely love.
