The NOON Villa, is designed by the architects Fran Silvestre for The 15 within La Reserva Sotogrande, a rare private and protected location with an aim to host panoramic views of the coast through its considered orientation.This Villa is a groundbreaking blend of the renowned sculptural artistry of Fran Silvestre architects combined with scientific innovation to lead the way within sustainability. This home harmoniously places contemporary luxury within the arms of nature, culminating in a celebratory living experience. NOON explores the intrinsic balance between beauty and efficiency.

This architect is chosen for their understanding of working with the landscape and the environment. This unique design takes cylindrical volumes that follow the slope of the land and a natural stone facade which blends with the natural surroundings," We wanted to design a villa that was more related to the natural envrionment. The use of circular shapes allows us to focus the houses on the spectacular views.In this way, it functions as a kind of ball and-socket joint and each of the pieces can be orientated in the corresponding direction" Fran Silvestre,

These cylindrical volumes, which illustrate the architect's interest in sculpture, carefully divide our different aspects of living, each cylindrical volume offering a distinct purpose within the geometric whole.The cylindrical volumes allow for the integration of open spaces with nature. The garden works symbiotically with the architecture to enhance the integration of this home into its natural surroundings.The volumes work in correspondence with the natural fall and qualities of the landscape. Starting with the highest point, a courtyard with a water feature creates an enclave to enjoy day or night. From here, an exterior staircase leads to the circular courtyard which houses the bedrooms and an interior hall with views of the sea. At a lower level, another circle contains the daytime living spaces, and an indoor spa, all designed to combine quiet luxury and connection with the natural environment.The total project build area is 2808 square meters, as this includes both the covered and uncovered terraces. The interior space is 1780 square meters.

Volume One; serves as the access to the house, it has an expansive outside terrace and a water mirror.

Volume Two; serves as the night area with four bedrooms, one of which is a master all with en-suite bathrooms on the upper level, accompanied by an interior lounge, there is also an uncovered terrace, and a library. On the lower level there is the wellness space; an indoor pool, a Hamman, sauna, gym, laundry, cinema, and seating area.

Volume Three; serves as the day area; with generous space given over to a living area, with bar, dining, TV, show kitchen with an additional hidden prep kitchen and storage area. There are also two en-suite bedrooms, a WC and hallway. There is both a covered and uncovered outside terrace. The Lower level hosts; the garage, bicycle storage, storage and technology rooms.

Volume Four; provides the outside pool and water mirror.

Volume Five; serves as the guest area with two en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a master suite. There is also; a hall, a kitchen living room and an outside covered and uncovered terrace. All on the upper level.

The central purpose for the innovative architectural design of NOON Villa, is to have minimum envrionmental impact whilst remaining a luxury villa of extraordinary visual design. It achieves this through ensuring water tightness, and energy generation without any loss of energy so that the result of this spectacular home's consumption is zero. Renewable energy is used to supply all of the home's energy requirements, making it self-sufficient. The Villa NOON, with a concept of Villa Zero operates independently of conventional water and electricity grids through advanced technologies that collect rainwater and generate drinking water from ambient humidity. It uses a geothermal system with solar panels and battery accumulation to generate all of the energy consumption that is needed..In NOON sustainability is cited as a scientifically proven reality.The architects describe it as the first net zero villa in the world.

The property is set on approximately half a hectare and includes options for a concierge lifestyle and property service.
