Peytons Place

“Peyton’s Place” reflects an excellent opportunity to own a classic Hatteras yacht with a laundry list of updates and textbook maintenance. As the images show, “Peyton’s Place” does not look her age. Soft goods throughout the boat were replaced in 2018 along with flooring and blinds. The exterior has benefitted from updates as well including the installation of new Sea Deck. Mechanics on board haven’t been overlooked either, and the list of recently completed projects includes standard engine services, bottom paint, generator rebuilds, stabilizer service, and more.

Onboard this 70’ Hatteras, the main deck includes the pilothouse, a galley with full size appliances, dining area, and salon. The master stateroom is accessed by a private staircase from the salon, while the remaining three staterooms are accessed by a staircase from the pilothouse. The flybridge offers a bar area with additional seating to port and starboard with room at the aft for a tender lifted onboard by a davit, serviced in 2022.
