BUILT/REFIT
1985/2023

Delivered in 1985, this 85ft Flybridge yacht was acquired by her current owner in 2021. An experienced sailor, passionate about yacht construction and who has previously completed several other major refits, he undertook an extensive project to almost entirely rebuild her during an 18-month refit.

As a result, M/Y Lorca has been transformed into a practical yacht, ideally suited for modern usage. Her interior layout has been improved with greater access to the stern platform, aft deck and sundecks. She has a new modern interior, new teak decks, new exterior upholstery, entirely repainted hull and superstructure as well as an engine room that has been partly rebuilt. M/Y Lorca is now presented in genuinely immaculate condition.

Offering 4 luxury cabins, all with ensuite bathrooms, a comfortable dining & seating area on the aft deck, a cozy and inviting main saloon, leading to a large galley which opens onto an indoor dining table through a friendly “bar style” kitchen counter with stools.

Outside, her bow hosts a large sunbed and the sundeck offers an impressive space which can still be personalised with the use of loose furniture. A crane on the aft sundeck has been removed (but could easily be reinstalled) in favour of a 1.5m extension to the stern platform, making room for a brand-new 3.6m Zodiac tender with a 40hp Yamaha outboard engine.

M/Y Lorca has crew accommodation for 2 with separate entrance on the bow.

She is a versatile yacht capable of a 23 knots top speed, ideal for when in a rush or to outrun bad weather, but is equally comfortable to run at an economical speed of 12 kts, burning just 100 lt/ per hour. Connoisseurs will naturally see the quality of her construction as well as the cleverness of the modifications made and will realise what a unique opportunity she represents. M/Y Lorca is EU VAT PAID.
