Sustainability: The house was built in capoto, a material with natural thermal insulation and has thermal insulation from the outside on the walls and roof, it also has thermal insulation on the floor. The Villa is self-sustainable regarding water and electricity, has air conditioning in all rooms and has extremely high energy efficiency. It has two water holes, with treatment for drinking water system and a rainwater deposit for 11,000 lt. Regarding electricity, it has 30 solar panels with 6 batteries and an Electric Vehicle charger.

Area: Has an implantation area of 342 m2 and a private gross area of 279 m2. However it is licensed to build a total of 750 m2, so it is possible to build even more than 408 m2.
