Sustainable construction:

In accordance with the climate, the horticultural arrangement is autochthonous, lush and full of colors. The complex provides a combination of respect for Mediterranean construction and horticulture while at the same time leaving enough open views of the sea and the environment that surrounds us, reflecting our dedication to sustainable construction. The complex consists of energy class A+, with high-quality thermal insulation and the use of renewable energy sources. The system for heating and cooling and preparation of hot water is made with cranes that use energy from renewable sources and thus significantly increase energy savings and reduce the harmful impact on the environment, especially air and water. In addition, we pay attention to the sorting and separate collection of waste and use recuperation, i.e. the energy of waste air. The windows and doors are made as ALU frames with a broken thermal bridge, the glazing is double-layered IZO glass, which is also low-energy and has a thermo-reflective coating.
