The nearest beach is only 150m from the resort. The shore in this area is with rocks and small stone bays. Resort has concession of the beach and this beach is designed with wooden platforms with sunbeds and shade. Also, there is a beach bar with food and beverages.

The offer includes a total of 18 flats in multifamily buildings and 179 holiday apartments located in the main building (apartment hotel), ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments. The flats and apartments are modern and open-plan with a view, with just the right amount of luxury and privacy that will enable unimpeded enjoyment in all occasions. High construction standards ensure maximum privacy and an undisturbed holiday for you and everyone around you, even if your guests are a little loud. You can also opt for a maintenance package. All of our flats include seamless and priority use of all services offered by the resort.

A modern apartment, with open views and views with the right amount of luxury and privacy, which will allow unhindered enjoyment on all occasions. Total living area 114.50 m2; consists of: entrance, hallway, storage room, kitchen + dining room + living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, and balcony (16.13 m2). The apartment is located in the main residential building/apart-hotel with direct access to the 101 m2 infinity roof pool.

The interior decoration is divided into a Mediterranean package, intended for apartments and apartments up to 100 m2 - a refined, classic Mediterranean decoration style that fully suits the climate. Therefore, our maintenance plan is carefully thought out to match the desired level of service and the permanent purpose of your property. The maintenance package comes with all properties and allows you not to worry about small things and regular jobs.

The package includes:

• Security monitoring of the entrance to the complex 24/7, access roads within the resort and common areas
• Irrigation, mowing and shaping of private garden and common areas
• Regular property maintenance plan in accordance with the complex maintenance plan
• On-site caretaker
• Regular annual technical inspection of real estate within the complex and elimination of potential problems (defining the warranty period), the technical service eliminates problems that were not caused by inappropriate use
• Special works on request, with compensation
• Weekly or daily cleaning on request, for a fee
• Rental of hotel towels and bed linen, with compensation

Sustainable construction:

In accordance with the climate, the horticultural arrangement is autochthonous, lush and full of colors. The complex provides a combination of respect for Mediterranean construction and horticulture while at the same time leaving enough open views of the sea and the environment that surrounds us, reflecting our dedication to sustainable construction. The complex consists of energy class A+, with high-quality thermal insulation and the use of renewable energy sources. The system for heating and cooling and preparation of hot water is made with cranes that use energy from renewable sources and thus significantly increase energy savings and reduce the harmful impact on the environment, especially air and water. In addition, we pay attention to the sorting and separate collection of waste and use recuperation, i.e. the energy of waste air. The windows and doors are made as ALU frames with a broken thermal bridge, the glazing is double-layered IZO glass, which is also low-energy and has a thermo-reflective coating. This allows residences to have large glass surfaces with open views without affecting increased energy consumption.
