Immersed in the greenery of Val Pusteria, just 15 minutes from the largest ski resort in the Dolomites, Plan de Corones, with 120 km of slopes, this magnificent chalet, originally built around 16th century as a hunting lodge for the landlords of the valley, comprises 500 square meters, complemented by 13 hectares of meadows and woods, along with 5 hectares of alpine pastures for exhilarating walks up to 2000 meters in altitude.

The property's highlight is an impressive 18-hole private golf course designed by Ron Kirby, unique across the entire Alpine region. A carved wooden gate leads from the path to the chalet entrance, where the Stube, in typical Alpine style, overlooks the dining area.

Continuing, two living areas provide spaces for conviviality and relaxation, along with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Exiting into the rear garden reveals a stainless steel pool at a constant temperature of 39 degrees Celsius with a whirlpool.

Ascending, a lounge area welcomes us to the four bedrooms, each distinct, and three bathrooms. The first floor is completed by a relaxation area featuring a hot tub, sauna, steam bath, and massage chairs.

Finally, just a few steps from the chalet, the former goat stable has been transformed into a welcoming cellar of original stone and wood, where one can indulge in the scents and flavors of Italy.

The property may host a maximum of 6+4 guests. Rates of the chalet includes private transfer to and from the slopes of Plan de Corones (max. 8 passengers).
