This charming villa of modern style is located in Porto Rafael, famous and exclusive tourist area on the north coast of Sardinia. The property is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens and typically Sardinian granitic rocks, is totally fenced and offers maximum privacy. A stunning sea-view from spacious terraces and swimming pool area creates a magical and relaxing atmosphere. From the parking open area for two cars the staircases lead into the house. At the entrance to the villa, you will find a welcoming bright living room and fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, courtesy bathroom. The house accommodates 5 bedrooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms with big shower (no bidet) and one single staff room with bathroom. There are 3 double sea-view bedrooms and 2 small children’s rooms with bunk beds for the total of 10 guests. All bedrooms have their own independent external access. On the ground floor, where there is a living room, are located 3 bedrooms (1 sea-view double bedroom with bathroom, 2 children’s bedrooms with bunk beds with their bathrooms) and 1 staff room with a single bed and bathroom. Outside the two children’s rooms there is a ping pong table. On the same level are spacious sea-view terraces, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, open air kitchen with a pizza oven and big dining table for 10 people. On the upper floor you will find a magnificent master sea-view bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The outdoor space of this level offers you a fantastic panoramic terrace, equipped for aperitifs at sunset. Downstairs from the living room you can access into another double sea view bedroom with bathroom. Outside on this level there is a green garden area, perfect for children. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wardrobes, and mosquito nets on the windows. The villa has a sonos music system, indoor and outdoor. From the living room you can reach the swimming pool area with a beautiful rectangular pool 13x3 meters. The pool can be heated on request. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, gazebo and outdoor shower.

Porto Rafael is a small touristic village near Palau, not far from the Costa Smeralda. It’ s a real pearl set in the north of Sardinia, right in front of the archipelago La Maddalena.
