Recently renewed villa located in Porto Rafael touristic area, just 1 km from the center and only 50 m from the Nelson sandy beach with direct access from the garden. One level of the villa is realised in authentic family style with a cosy living room with tv and fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping zone has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower: two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom and one with its private separate bathroom), one twin bedroom and one child bedroom with 2 bunk beds share one bathroom. Also, there is 1 staff room with a single bed and bathroom. All guest bedrooms have a sea view. Outdoor area is equipped with a beautiful sea view rectangular swimming pool, spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, in the backyard there is a big dining table, barbecue space and pizza oven.
