Modern luxury villa located in The Giardini of the Aldia, a cottage complex in the Puntaldia resort, near to the town of San Teodoro, in the northeast of Sardinia. The villa is only 800 meters from the sea; the nearest beach is called Lu Impostu. The villa is placed in a large well-kept garden with a private swimming pool with sea water (the pool can be heated on request) and a spacious sunbathing area with an outdoor shower. In the garden there are also the barbecue area and pizza oven. The two-story villa has six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa has also a staff room with a private bathroom. On the ground floor of the house there are three bedrooms with a direct access to the garden and a staff room. On the top floor, which can be reached using internal or external stairs, there are three bedrooms. One of them is a master bedroom with large stained-glass windows and a spectacular view of the island of Tavolara. On the same floor there are a living area with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living area you can reach a spacious veranda with a beautiful sea view, which has comfortable summer furniture for relaxation.
