The UN Studio Villa is part of The Seven, located within La Reserva Club Sotogrande,
This villa is a result of the appointment of seven celebrated architects to create seven contemporary remarkable homes. The architects appointed are from Brazil, Norway, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and England, each villa unique in their design reflecting their different architects approaches; to the landscape, their culture and their nationality. Landscaping is by the renowned Jean Mus. Central to the decision to devote such a prime location to just seven homes were the breathtaking views, of the sea, mountains and the lush landscape of Southern Spain.

Ben van Berkel of the award winning architectural practice from the Netherlands describes the design process ‘Integrating the villa into the landscape was a primary guiding factor within the design, while how you move through the house follows the path of the sun throughout the day. The programme is then arranged along this routing, resulting in the unification of the landscape, the infrastructure and the programme into one consolidated gesture". The name UN Studio, stands for United Network Studio, referring to the collaborative nature of the practice. .

This substantial home comprises rooms and spaces to enable the purchaser to live at one with the landscape and to enjoy the importance of the sun on their everyday lives.On the basement level there is: three junior suites, cinema room, lift, games room, dipping pool, hammam, sauna, Turkish bath, changing room, gym, staff quarters,, indoor pool, sun deck, jacuzzi, outside pool, pool house, outdoor fireplace.
