The NIWA Villa is part of The Seven, located within La Reserva Club Sotogrande,
This villa is named after the Japanese for garden, which incorporates sustainable construction as part of the ethos to create a place which is at one with nature, a place of serenity. This architectural collaboration is a result of the appointment of seven celebrated architects to create seven contemporary remarkable homes. The architects appointed are from Brazil, Norway, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and England, each villa unique in their design reflecting their different architects approaches; to the landscape, their culture and their nationality. Landscaping is by the renowned Jean Mus. Central to the decision to devote such a prime location to just seven homes were the breathtaking views, of the sea, mountains and the lush landscape of Southern Spain.

The Spanish ARK architects held a single vision, Manuel Ruiz Moriche Creative Director explains "to créate a masterpiece integrated into the landscape with nature as the protagonist. The collaboration resulted in NIWA, a spiritual retreat that transcends conventional boundaries to blend with the environment. This turn-key project draws inspiration from the beauty of nature—conserving it, honouring it and living in complete harmony with it was the non-negotiable premise of this project."

This substantial home is in dialogue with nature and centered around the essence of a garden, it is over two floors.It boasts; a master suite, two guest suites, four junior suites, and two service suites within an apartment. There are eight bathrooms and three WC's in total. There is also a home office, multiple living rooms and an expansive kitchen. This property has a gym, a spa bathroom, and indoor and outdoor infinity pool.
