This turn-key project draws inspiration from the beauty of nature—conserving it, honouring it and living in complete harmony with it was the non-negotiable premise of this project."

“ All my creations have a dialogue with the environment” states Manuel Ruiz Moriche. We see this clearly In the design of The NIWA Villa, named after the Japanese for garden as interiors, courtyards and exterior spaces take their instruction from nature. As this masterpiece is sculpted, it takes its form from the landscape and its prompts from the sky, using the natural light as the chiaroscuro, to blur the lines between interior and exterior living.

This substantial home is in dialogue with nature and centered around the essence of a garden, it is over two floors.It boasts; a master suite, two guest suites, four junior suites, and two service suites within an apartment.
