Interior

The complex is composed of three buildings. MAIN HOUSE. The main entrance leads to the ground floor with the living area consisting of an open-plan sitting room, furnished with a large sofa, Smart TV, fireplace and dining table, communicating with the large built-in kitchen (from the kitchen an internal staircase leads to the tavern) and, to complete the floor, a guest bathroom. A brick staircase leads up to the first floor consisting of a small sitting room with ornamental fireplace (with unfurnished mezzanine) and a study corner with panoramic balcony. From here, a few steps lead to a double bedroom (located on a slightly lower level); this room also has a private entrance from an external staircase, with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a double bedroom (with 140 cm wide bed) with ensuite bathroom with tub and another double bedroom (with a 200 cm wide bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. ANNEX 1. On two floors. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a hallway with a bathroom with shower and, completing the floor; a professional kitchen (the rooms all have direct outside entrance and a portico). On the first floor, with entrance only from the outside, are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (two of which with portico); completing the floor, a large dining room with entrance only from the outside. The outdoor dining area is located under the pergola, while in front of the main house, with a view towards the swimming pool, is the large portico furnished with table, chairs, sofa and armchairs. On the upper floor, outside the dining room, is a built-in barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The parking area, on a terrace slightly higher than the house, consists of a canopy-covered zone for 8 cars and an open-air zone for 5 cars.

Swimming Pool

The panoramic swimming pool, for exclusive use, is located approximately 10 m away, at a slightly lower level than the house and can be reached from the portico down a flight of 4 steps. The rectangular pool, measuring 19 x 9 m, with the depth varying from 1.50 to 3 m, is lined in PVC and has internal spotlights and chlorine purification. Bordered by a travertine edge, it has a diving board and submerged steps for access to the water. Surrounding the pool is a solarium in terracotta and lawn, equipped with sunbeds, a large gazebo, tables, chairs, further gazebos with double sunbeds, a cold-water shower and a bar area with fridge. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
