Subsequently, in 1997, he expanded his influence by pioneering the first Ligne Roset, top-tier French designer furniture showrooms franchise in London, simultaneously delving into Property Development and Real Estate.

In 2003, he took a pivotal step in his real estate journey in Dubai, assuming the role of a Real Estate Consultant. Notably, in 2006, Djawad founded Casa Nova, premier designer furniture showrooms in Dubai, showcasing his unwavering commitment to the fusion of aesthetics and quality within the real estate landscape.

Presently, Djawad is honored to lead Nest Seekers International's inaugural office in Dubai. Armed with his extensive knowledge and experience, he is guiding the team towards new horizons in the Real Estate landscape.
