Bianca D’Alessio, a managing director at the global real estate brokerage Nest Seekers International and founder of the firm’s Masters Division, advises on preconstruction development, branding, marketing, and strategic positioning for condominiums and luxury rentals.

D’Alessio has worked on thousands of deals worth over $2 billion and built a team of nearly 50 brokers. She has also expanded her portfolio to include international assets.

Outside of her day-to-day role, D’Alessio serves as a business coach for young entrepreneurs and agents entering the industry is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York’s new development committee, and sits on the alumni advisory board of Babson College.
