Holmes Shooping, New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes was spotted checking out the new Stai hotel-condo development at 400 Fifth Avenue with Nest Seeker broker Ryan Serhant (one of the starts of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing"). Holmes saw a 55th-floor, three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom residence that's listed for $5 million.
