Erin Sykes Appointed Chief Economist at Nest Seekers International

She joins Nest Seekers as Chief Economist in addition to her role in real estate strategy and sales, where she services the Palm Beach, Hamptons, and New York City markets.

Sykes joined the firm as a former retail and real estate consultant who has worked extensively within international markets. With a background in commercial and luxury residential construction as Vice President of John Sykes Company, Inc., her family’s 110+ year-old firm, and certification as a LEED AP – New Construction, Erin understands how to optimize new development and intricate renovation using sustainable materials and methodology.
