RYAN SERHANT has gone from heart-breaker to real estate broker. A source tells us Serhant, who played the hunky Evan Walsh IV on CBS’ now-canceled soap opera “As the World Turns,” will be the new star of “Million Dollar Listing: New York” on the Bravo network. Serhant is now employed by the Nest Seekers International firm in Manhattan. The company’s CEO, Eddie Shapiro, confirmed Serhant’s involvement in the real estate show and added that “Ryan has quickly risen as one of the top producers” at the company, and “will no doubt become the top broker in New York City.”
