A modern development that hopes to have units hit the market in 2025 is teaming with a proven sales team to market their latest condominiums in Downtown Jersey City.
Earlier this spring, Epire broke ground on a mixed-use development at 387 8th Street. Designed by INOA Architecture, Epire’s latest project includes 75 condominium units ranging from one to three bedrooms along with 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 90 interior parking spaces.

Amenities in the upcoming development, situated at the intersection of Brunswick and Division Streets include a lounge area, a fitness center, and a children’s playroom.

Construction at the land is a long time coming. A 59-unit development had been approved by Jersey City’s Planning Board under previous ownership back in 2016 without coming to fruition, while New York Yimby reported on another failed proposal in 2019 from developer RAFA Realty.

“We are ecstatic to finally bring this project to life, after it has been sitting idle for so many years,” said Alessandro Bonati, CEO of Epire. “Our team and all the professionals involved were able to kick off construction five months after acquisition. It’s an impressive achievement considering the current environment.”
Epire will once again be teaming up with Nest Seekers to handle the sales and marketing of the 387 8th Street condominiums. The pair previously teamed up on Galleria on Provost in the Powerhouse Arts District.

“This building will be the first real landmark of this unique area of Downtown Jersey City that is becoming more and more sought after thanks to its abundance of green spaces, entertainment, schools and an overall high quality of living,” added Bonati. “We are very proud of this design; it will be a wonderful building.”

The development has not quite gone vertical yet, but Epire plans to have an aggressive construction schedule. The company says that construction at 387 8th Street is set to be completed before the end of next year.
