This sets the tone for the show, which mixes property porn with cut-throat competition - the rookie estate agents only get paid when they make a sale. The UK recruits are enjoyably obnoxious (think The Apprentice), so watching them hustling around Britain's most covetable postcodes is a Sunday-night guilty pleasure.
