"Selling Sunset" newcomer Amanda Lynn will have a plum opportunity to prove her selling power after landing the listing for a $70 million beachside haven beside a property owned by "Yellowstone" star Kevin Costner.

While Lynn, 35, whose real name is Amanda Lhommedieu, is one of the newest agents to join the cast of the hit Netflix reality show, she's set to make her mark on the real estate industry with her latest property listing.

While the home, named Rancho Cariñoso, only offers three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it makes up for the lack of rooms with its spacious 4.21-acre lot. Included on the property is more than an acre of private oceanfront.

Described as being "the last significant beach estate on Southern California's coast," the Carpinteria, CA, home might actually be considered something of a steal, despite being the second-most expensive property currently listed in the area.

The oceanfront estate was last listed in 2022 for an astonishing $109 million with a different brokerage. Two years later, it's reemerged with new representation, and a nearly $40 million price cut.

The serene spread boasts an oceanfront horse ranch with its own private beach.

The property also comes with plenty of glitzy Hollywood neighbors. Costner is next door, and Ellen DeGeneres just sold on the other side for a jaw-dropping $96 million.

Costner purchased his nearby 10-acre property in 2006 for $28.5 million. In 2017, he placed the home on the market for $60 million. After a price reduction to $49 million, it came off the market the following year.

Located just south of Santa Barbara, CA, the coastal community is adjacent to the celebrity-filled, seaside town of Montecito.

Both places are well loved by a host of A-list names, including George LucasAshton Kutcher, and Mila Kunis, and even royalty in the form of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Legacy property

Along with the oceanfront acreage, the beach-front estate comes with a 2,500 square foot bungalow. But the high value and price tag come from the beach frontage and the property's room to add a 10,000-square-foot home, according to the listing materials.

Property records show that the seller is Arthur Cameron III, grandson of Texas oil tycoon Arthur Cameron and actress Kay Aldridge. The home has been with the family for generations.

In a statement in 2022, the owner, who also has a 377-acre ranch 40 minutes outside Santa Barbara, describes the listing as “an unparalleled place to grow up and live within.”

As the "last significant beach estate on Southern California’s coast," the listing notes, Rancho Cariñoso is a "legacy property" that includes over an acre of private oceanfront and direct access to the "renowned Loon Point surf break."

Oceanfront living

A modern and modest single-level home built in 2014 features three spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms and offers a roof deck with water views.

A 1,000-square-foot, detached garage provides added convenience. But clearly, there's room to expand. The grounds also allow for a "development opportunity," the listing notes.

The rare offering features a private beach and riding trails.

Equestrian estate

Zoned for equestrian enthusiasts, the property can accommodate up to nine horses, with private trails that lead directly to a horse-friendly beach, where horse riding is allowed at all times of day or night. That’s not something permitted on the public beach, which limits equine activity to certain hours.

'A sanctuary'

Lynn is representing the property along with Dylan Eckardt, who is marketing the property for Nestseekers International in New York and is also a star of Max's show "Selling the Hamptons."

Lynn said in a statement, “Rancho Cariñoso is a sanctuary. From the private beach to the pristine horse trails, it’s designed for those who want to connect with nature in the most luxurious way possible. It’s rare to find a place where you can ride your horse at sunrise and surf at sunset, all on your own property. That’s what makes this estate so special.”

Eckardt added, “With Santa Barbara County’s near-perfect Mediterranean climate—offering 300 days of sunshine a year—Rancho Cariñoso undoubtedly has the most incredible weather, located on the best street imaginable, with prime oceanfront land and the only private beach on Padaro Lane. If ever there was a time to call a property once in a lifetime, this is it!”

Along with bringing to market a major property, Lynn is a newcomer to the Netflix reality series, which just launched Season 8. She made quite a splash with on show, spilling the tea to Bre about rumors of Chelsea's husband cheating on his wife.
