An oceanfront home on one of the poshest streets in the Hamptons has sold for $35 million.
The beach mansion, which sits on 3.2 prime acres at 950 Meadow Lane in Southampton, was an off-market deal.
The buyer was repped by James Giugliano of Nest Seekers International while the seller, Mary Helen Jordan, was repped by Eileen O’Neill of Douglas Elliman.
The home, which was built in 1997, is considered a teardown.
Meadow Lane is a five-mile-long road with a helipad — it takes 20 minutes to get to and from Manhattan.
The stretch is sometimes nicknamed “Billionaire Lane” for its high-net-worth residents.
Neighbors have included designer Calvin Klein and financiers like Daniel Och and Leon Black.
