Springsteen’s barn to run

Champion equestrians Jessica Springsteen (28-year-old daughter of rocker Bruce Springsteen) and Jennifer Gates (23-year-old daughter of billionaire Bill Gates) have both ridden at Campbell Stables in Bridgehampton, according to brokers. Now the luxe equestrian facility — named for late owner Bob Campbell, a fashion legend in the shoe industry — is on the market for $35 million, slashed from its original 2017 ask of $40 million. Perhaps Jessica, a 2020 Olympics hopeful, will snag it for herself? (Jennifer already has her own $16 million New York horse farm, as we previously reported.) The stables sit on 17.8 acres (south of the highway, on West Pond Drive) and come with an adjacent 2.6 acre agricultural reserve. The compound boasts 27 stalls, 14 paddocks, three outdoor rings with viewing stands, and a 15,000-square-foot indoor ring with a second-floor viewing lounge, along with staff quarters. The sale includes approved plans for a 12,000-square-foot home on the site, with a pool and tennis courts — not to mention enough space to host your own polo matches. The listing brokers are Sara Burack and James Giugliano of Nest Seekers International.
