We don't go after 3-6 months exclusives. It's too long of an agreement for today's market. We'll take one month to start with and if you are happy with the level of services, we'll extend the agreement until we sell the property. Most brokerage firms require three months plus.

We have access to any apartment available on the market for sale. With the 72 Hour rule of the Real Estate Board of New York and as a member we have access to any new listing within 72 hours. The question is really the level of service. We are looking for long term relationships.

We will make sure you have legal representation and have secured financing. We will make sure that you are not pressured into any deal and that you understand that we work in your best interest.

Manhattan's rental market is extremely fast moving and exciting. About 60% of the buildings in Manhattan are rentals and we have access to almost each and every one of them.

When the landlords are offering concessions to brokers, we disclose it to you and sometimes you end up paying No Fee for full service brokerage.

The service includes access to every available apartment on the market in your price range and location. We will negotiate the terms of the lease on your behalf and make sure that you get into many of the listings that are only available through brokers. We will make sure that you have moved in safely and that you are happy with your new home and with our service.

Both for renters and buyers the process of settling-in can be stressful and sometimes complicated. The principal of the company, Eddie Shapiro, gained much of his experience in the corporate relocation aspect of the real estate business. He spent years studying and working with human resource and relocation departments in some of the world's largest corporations and with smaller companies as well.
