Immersed in the real estate industry throughout her life helping manage and overlook family properties. Alice has had listings in sales, rentals, commercial and new development. She began her real estate career at Elliman and landed her first listing-a $15.5M building on the waterfront of Long Island City. Alice worked on numerous new development sales buildings mostly in Long Island City and exclusively rents several rental buildings in Chelsea and LES.
Alice's fond memories of helping her mother cook has inspired her to attend The French Culinary Institute in NYC. Alice loves to cook and share meals with family and friends. She believes food gives you the ability to connect with people from all background and learn about new cultures.
Alice's grandfather migrated as one of the first Korean radiologists in America. She comes from a family of doctors and real estate investors. Alice’s family owned land in Korea’s now infamous Gangnam District. With all her family now immigrated to America, her roots are firmly planted in NYC. Alice was born in Queens and having lived in most of the boroughs throughout her life, she has seen the progression and changes over the years of NYC’s most prominent areas.
