A decade into real estate, Anna Maria has many highlights of her award-winning real estate career, one of them being that she is responsible for recruiting a well established real estate developer to the LIC market, which led and continues to bring several multi-million and billion dollar new construction projects to the Long Island City area.

As a native New Yorker, she is a self-starter with lots of drive and motivation in everything she does. She has worked in the high-end fashion industry for many years and owned/operated a family clothing business where she demonstrated her passion for high quality and thoughtfully designed products. Taking her entrepreneurial spirit to another endeavor, Anna Maria invested and co-owned in the highly successful L’inizio Pizza Bar in Long Island City, where she created and designed the establishment from the ground up. After several years, the restaurant attracted investors and she sold the restaurant.
