Born on Madeira Island, a place that I know well, although growing up in South Africa, Madeira has always been very close to my heart.

Having developed within the Tourism and Aviation industry for over 30 years, has given me the skills in listening and understanding to customer needs, working under extreme pressure, and the ability to think on my feet, always seeking a solution. Ensuring that the customer needs are met and exceeded.

The aviation industry has provided, the opportunity to learn and understand diverse cultures and places, through extensive Global travel experiences.

Educated to the level of a Master’s degree in Business Administration and undergraduate qualifications in Marketing, Sales and Strategic Management. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, a conversational command of Afrikaans.

Family is a believe that must be cherished and cultivated, Ensuring that time is devoted to my Wife, Son and Dog. At the end of the day, that is your critical and loyal support structure.
