Aviel Israilov

Originally from Tel Aviv, Israel, Aviel moved to New York to earn an undergraduate degree in Project Management and Construction Engineering at The New York City College of Technology. Aviel's achievements include renovating homes and collaborating with developers to create new sustainable construction projects. Aviel excels in pre-construction consultation advising developers with floorplans, code compliant design, construction documents to ensure that the entire process is extremely efficient from inception to completion.

This knowledge, coupled with dealing with clients on a daily basis, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team's listings.

During his free time when he is not speaking with clients or developers Aviel enjoys playing sports, trying new places, and spending time with friends and family.
