Carlotta Lobetti Bodoni

Born and raised among the canals and palaces of Venice, Carlotta developed a passion for real estate thanks to the influence of her family, active in the sector at European level. Through life experiences in the evocative lagoon city, she has honed her skills in the real estate market, combining knowledge of the Venetian architectural heritage with her ambition in the world of Real Estate. Her story reflects the fusion of family ties and the unique culture of Venice, which shaped her interest in enhancing and managing family properties.

Carlotta moved to London, when she was eighteen, where she studied Fashion Management at the London College of Arts and at the same time started a company producing clothes for high fashion and pret-a-porter in Europe. At the same time, Carlotta began her activity as a property finder in London, looking for investment opportunities for Italian clients. Over the next 15 years Carlotta lived between London, Paris, New York and Berlin, managing to brilliantly balance her love of fashion with her growing career in real estate.

To date, Carlotta lives between Milan and Ibiza, distinguishing herself as an international real estate consultant by combining Milanese style with the charm of the beaches of Ibiza.

In addition to continuing her activity as a property finder and managing the family's real estate assets, Carlotta is an adorable mother and in her private life she loves to play sports and play golf.

She speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Italian.
