Chloe Barbanell

Born and raised in New York’s scenic Hudson Valley overlooking the Manhattan skyline, Chloe’s lifelong passion for real estate brought her to its epicenter in New York City. During her time at the University of South Carolina where she studied Real Estate and Finance, Chloe obtained her NY Real Estate Salesperson License.

With experience as a leasing and property management associate for a large regional apartment complex group in Columbia, South Carolina and as an Associate at a multi-faceted boutique brokerage in Westport, Connecticut, Chloe has cultivated a deep understanding of all aspects of the industry. From portfolio management, investment, development, property management and brokerage, she is fiercely committed to building lasting and trusting relationships to help her clients achieve their goals.

Holding Real Estate Salesperson Licenses in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, as part of Nest Seeker’s Bethoney Shen Team, she has been spearheading on site sales and leasing of leading new development projects for record-setting sellouts and initial lease-ups.

In her free time, Chloe is an avid dressage equestrian, riding and competing since the age of five. She also is extremely passionate about the world of startups and venture capital and is excited to bring her client-centric mindset to Nest Seekers.
