Colleen specializes in rentals and sales in Manhattan & Brooklyn, particularly in the downtown communities including rentals the West Village, SoHo, Nolita, Flatiron and others. She resides in the West Village, and before that lived on the Upper West Side, so will go where her clients’ interests lie.

Originally from Washington, Connecticut, Colleen studied Creative Writing at the University of Connecticut. Her calming nature and thorough, attentive, attuned style stems from her 20-year career as a full-time yoga instructor and wellness expert, health coach, herbalist, and Ayurveda and Pilates practitioner. “I will advocate and negotiate for every one of my clients and provide the most satisfying service experience possible knowing that strong relationships are as important as successful transactions.”

On the personal side, Colleen is mom to a grown son, as well as a Yoga and nutrition enthusiast, a cook/foodie, dog lover and music buff. Among her other interests are backpacking, sailing, travel and fashion.
