My name is Dania Jaimes originally from Mexico City. I grew up in this beautiful city until I was 16 years old when I moved to Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. Since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be an entrepreneur like my dad and my grandfather. I didn't know which career I would find. I always had a passion for numbers and sales, however I decided to study Modern Languages. I knew that mastering other languages would create more opportunities and bridge language barriers. I earned a teaching certification in the south of France. Which only left me more curious to desire and discover even more. This has given me the opportunity to see the world through different lenses and become an even better servant to my craft, community and clients.
My professional life began at age 17 in the hotel business. This is where I took a liking to customer service and hospitality. I fell in love with the world of vacation rentals. I proudly managed and lead one of the top Luxury/property management vacation rental companies in the BCS.
This path has led me to experience different people, cultures, situations and as you might have guessed – different languages. I use all these experiences to provide real-estate and temporary housing solutions to local and foreign guest and residents.
I have a very successful track record of converting vacationers and home seekers into permanent residents.
Today I have the privilege of being part of this great team, “NestSeekers”. I am able to further my learning and teaching on a larger more prominent scale.
I love life in Cabo and I'm a firm believer of the Cabo mantra "No Bad Days"
