Felicia Zayne

Felicia Zayne is a Florida native, straight from Miami Beach, FL. She grew up in a small horse town-Ocala, with 3 siblings. She moved to Boca Raton in ‘98 to study marketing/advertising at Florida Atlantic University. Felicia took an avid interest in Real Estate at the age of 21, and bought her first townhome in East Boca Raton. From there she bought two more properties- in Davie and St. Augustine. She understood that location, location, location was the #1 driving force for buying where she did. Her properties were located near beaches, universities, with easy access to the interstate. She soon learned how to manage and make the most of these properties. By age 26 she had become quite knowledgeable with the market, and was hooked!

Felicia is also an active member in the community, giving her time to nonprofits that support animals, children and elders. She truly enjoyed taking her service bulldog, Chubbs, to Delray Medical to visit patients and bring smiles to their faces.

Her 15+ years of marketing, sales and business development have come full circle landing her at Nest Seekers Realty.
