Filippo was born in Umbria, an area rich in history, art and wonderful landscapes that attracts many foreigners.

The passion for the real estate sector was passed on to him by his father, who has been managing properties for over 50 years, especially in the residential sector and, in particular, new buildings, with which Filippo began working in 1999. Partner in the family construction company , one of the best known and most respected in the real estate sector in Umbria, carries out important real estate operations including the Valdichiana Outlet in Foiano della Chiana and the first shopping centers in Umbria. Filippo also follows one of the family companies in the luxury cashmere sector, which also leads him to successfully frequent the world of high-level boating.

Filippo has collaborated with several international starchitects for important American clients, Hollywood singers and actors, and Russian oligarchs who have invested in Italian luxury real estate, especially in Umbria over the last 15 years.
