Hans is experienced transacting in Global & Local markets as he began his career working for a corporate relocation specialist. Interning for another firm provided him the foundation of how to transact in Real Estate being licensed at the early age of 18 while he attended The College of Charleston. This early exposure to both buyer and tenant representation provided a foundation to expand his prior knowledge into streamlining the process of buying and selling creating an approach that is adjusted to current market conditions.
