As a graduate of The Connecticut Real Estate Institute, I earned my Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson license. I then became a member of The National Association of REALTORS®. Shortly thereafter, I was hired by K. Fortuna Realty, Inc. based in New York and was tasked with becoming the brokerage’s first Connecticut licensee.

Becoming an agent during this time I was immediately faced with several challenges. The country was in the peak of COVID-19, New Yorker’s and Bostonians were flocking the overcrowded city lifestyle in record numbers in search of properties in Connecticut that offered a more residential type of lifestyle. Representing predominantly buyers during this time, I was up against all cash buyers, buyers waiving all contingencies, buyers making offers “sight unseen”, and often over twenty other offers to compete with. Against the odds, I persevered and thrived in the industry over the past four years exceeding $7M in residential sales and was recognized as a Top 15 Agent (Naugatuck, Connecticut 2023 and Niantic, Connecticut 2024) according to Fast Expert Top Selling Real Estate Agents.

After visiting California numerous times, I have decided to pursue my life-long dream of living in the Golden State. I am confident that I will be able to further challenge myself in an area where the absence of five months of inclement winter weather will allow me to further expand my real estate profession year-round.
