Johanna A Loor Torres

Johanna Torres was born in Ecuador and lived in New York City as a child. She often visited Florida with her family and when she received the news they were relocating and she would be living in South Florida full-time she immediately knew this would be where she would make her mark on the world. Close to the beaches and warm weather was always her dream. After graduating high school in Palm Beach at top of her class in 2001, she decided to pursue a career as a medical professional. Her experience in the medical-dental/surgical field landed her a spot with one of the top leading Dental surgeon offices in Palm Beach Florida. Passionate about the beauty of south Florida and Businesses Johanna become a real estate agent in Palm Beach Florida. Johanna and her family are very involved in horse riding, equestrian business, and equestrian sports. Johanna has two boys in her family that currently compete in the equestrian sports being a what they call in the equestrian world “a horse mom” she has had the opportunity to travel to beautiful horse show events and Equestrian properties! This has become the normal day to day for Johanna of balancing real estate business in the equestrian world and horse mom life. Slowly but surely equestrian real estate, land, and oceanfront properties fit the balance of a normal life where everyone simply enjoys each other’s successful moments. Now Johanna has taken her equestrian farm and land real estate expertise along with her love for Palm beach and she has joined the team of Nest Seekers International. She now will bring her culture of real estate and South Florida living to new heights.
