From the time Keith was first able to form meaningful memories, he can recall his mother and father incessantly watching HGTV as they began planning and bringing to fruition their dream home. Drawing inspiration from Architectural Digest and Better Homes and Gardens, they debated every minute detail from the inside out. This attention to detail brought life and physical form to a home: a place where lifestyle and habitation intersect. This intersection of the way that a person’s dwelling can impact the life they lead has always captivated Keith. The ability to reimagine spaces and the lives that can be created within them ultimately drew him to the real estate industry.

This calling was only deepened as he continued on to study finance with a minor in real estate, always intending to have a focus on the latter half of his degree. Allowing finance to act as an applicable catalyst to his understanding of the real estate industry. Upon graduation, he began working for his father’s business under their real estate sector, having a role in the development and property management of multifamily units. Keith was fascinated by the ability for a mere vision to give way to the creation of a home, yielding a product that provides freedom to lead a life of one's choosing in an environment that compliments and parallels their style.

As Keith moved to New York and started in apartment rentals, he found himself yet again at the cusp of converging lifestyle and home. As a social creature by nature, he found himself thriving in this role and gaining more extensive knowledge of the New York market. Matching prospective clients with their home and seeking to truly understand their needs first and foremost gave him the ability to exceed client expectations. In a post-COVID market and in the heart of New York’s often rough terrain, he gained the fortitude to meet real estate’s most challenging moments.
