Trinidadian-born and New York-raised, communications professional Kishon Springer is known for working on multiple influential programs including The Wendy Williams Show, The Dr. Oz Show, The Nick Cannon Show, The Rachael Ray Show, and many more. In 2023 Springer was listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List for Hollywood and Entertainment. She was also named Business Insider’s Top Rising Stars in Public Relations for 2024. In her 2 year role as Director of Public Relations at CBS, Springer spearheaded communication for two divisions; the position is unique as Springer was the first employee to span across CBS News and Stations and CBS Media Ventures at Paramount Global. She oversaw communications for the Emmy Award-winning programs, Inside Edition, 48 Hours and Hot Bench. She also led strategy and launched CBS Media Ventures' newest game show Flip Side with host Jaleel White. Springer creates strong and effective PR strategies and hones in on well-made relationships with reporters to secure placements across multiple beats. Under her founded PR consulting company, Springer Consulting, INC., Kishon continues to work alongside Nick Cannon and his production company, NCredible Entertainment, as Head of Public Relations where she leads music, television, and social impact initiatives for Cannon and the Ncredible brand. Plus, she also leads PR for notable names such as radio icon Angela Yee. Throughout her years in the industry, Kishon has gained the trust to represent well-known celebrities and bring their projects and vision to the forefront of the desired audience.

Kishon is dedicated to collaborating with those whose goals are to make a difference in the world. She has been intentional about working on projects that make a difference. During her time at The Dr. Oz Show, she aided in the launch of the #Moreblackdoctors Campaign which gave students of color the resources and mentorship alongside Dr. Oz, to help shift the number of black doctors. While with The Nick Cannon Show she led the communications strategy for Nick Cannon’s HBCU student debt wipe-out. She also led PR for the New York City Commissioner Kim and the BE NYC initiative to help advance Black entrepreneurship by spreading the word about resources for small businesses. She continues using her skills to shed light on the stories and people creating change in their communities.
