Kris is a licensed real estate professional. Besides, his real estate works he is also a consultant for international trade and business development, real estate investment, nonprofits and international organizations such as United Nations agencies and private sectors.

Kris has a Master degree in International Affairs and Political Science from the City University of New York (CUNY).
