Her experience launching Light Recruiter, her freelance recruiting service, showcases her ability to navigate complex challenges and achieve results in a competitive environment.

Lisa holds a Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavioral and Social Science Research from Pace University (NYC). Outside of work, Lisa is an avid fitness enthusiast who believes in the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She also has a soft spot for animals, cherishing the memories of her beloved dog, Venus, and enjoying the playful antics of her new kittens, Dash and Phoebe.
