Livia Stival worked as an Agent Success Manager in one of the most highly regarded and prestigious Real Estate platforms in the USA, managing over 30 top NYC Agents in a Partnership Program. Livia also served as Director of Leasing for several years, where she was primarily responsible for all negotiations in over 18 buildings totaling approximately 2,000 units throughout New York City.
Additionally, she work on sales and rentals in areas all over New York and also close New Development condo projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including at 121 E 22nd, 345 Meatpacking, 337E62, The Brooklyn Grove and 561 Pacific.
Always prioritizing discipline, responsibility, hard work and good energy all the while utilizing her industry knowledge to formulate strategies that are custom-tailored for each client's unique needs and goals. Livia graduated from the University of Rio Grande do Sul and continued her education at HarvardX studying Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market.
Livia is fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish. She practices meditation daily along with yoga and loves to go for long runs, especially marathons in central park. She loves music, theatre, museums, photography and all higher types of intellectual art.
