Magdy Osman moved to New York City in 1998 with $250 in his pocket. Starting only as a dishwasher, he grew his own restaurant supply business within 2 years allowing him to memorize every street and neighborhood in New York City. Shortly thereafter, he purchased his first investment property and entered the world of real estate and entrepreneurship. A self-taught entrepreneur, Magdy then went on to open 3 hotspot Manhattan restaurant lounges from the ground up and consulted for fellow entrepreneurs entering the business. His lounges hosted top celebrities, politicians, royal families, and had features in popular television shows like Law & Order and the Real Housewives. During this journey, Magdy became a licensed agent in his favorite playground.
