Mara Hutton

Mara is a native New Yorker, born and raised on the Upper East Side. She loves window shopping on Madison Avenue, people watching while admiring the high end fashion, and enjoying the local cafe’s that make the Upper East Side such a special place. On weekends you can find Mara Citi biking down 2nd Avenue or in Central Park laying on the Great Lawn with some friends, and usually ending her night out with a J.G. Melon burger.

She values creativity, transparency, and individualism. Her creative lens grants her the ability to interpret individual’s wants and needs and turn them into her clients reality. Mara has learned the value of real estate from a young age watching her family harness the power of real estate investment around the world. She believes transparency to be extremely important in building client relationships and approaches every aspect of the real estate transaction with passion and dedication, leaving her clients with an amazing overall experience.

Outside of real estate, Mara spends her time cooking, painting, doing yoga, and dragging her friends along on her constant quest to find the best happy hour deals in NYC. She loves working in fast-paced environments where she can best use her communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Mara graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Communications and Rhetorical Studies and a minor in Fashion Beauty Communications.
