Nancy Wishmeier

Real Estate is my passion, and it has driven and enriched my career in a number of unexpected ways.

My parents got engaged at The Monkey Bar in New York. I grew up in Chicago, and moved to New York in 1999. New York has always been a dynamic experience that has always inspired me to learn and explore new things.

I worked as an Executive Agency and Corporate Partnership Consultant hired to create, sell, and execute National marketing programs to generate revenue and build brand recognition. I’ve been a consultant to Institutional Investor New York based conferences which focus on Real Estate Investment.

As a licensed real estate salesperson in New York, I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple projects including Global Real Estate and New Developments. Getting from here to there is all about the right connections that deliver exceptional results. I bring this energy and experience to Nest Seekers.

Inspired by a client that chartered a jet to look at ranches, I created NYC-Alternative Invest to provide client solutions in real estate and private aviation. My referral network includes properties in Dubai and St. Barts.

I earned a MS/Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University, and enjoy a great global network of Family Offices, Law Firms, and Investment Banks.

Philanthropy is a major part of my network. Special New York fundraising projects include Cycle for Survival (Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK), Hospital For Special Surgery (HSS) The New York Marathon. I'm a figure skater and cyclist, and started playing tennis in 2019. Tennis is a work in progress, which supports by my work with Tennis Partnerships for Global Events.
