I was born in Kazakhstan and raised across Central Asia and Europe, spending the majority of my life in London. This diverse upbringing has not only shaped my worldview but also equipped me with fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English, allowing me to connect effortlessly with a broad range of clients.

My academic background sharpened my skills as a negotiator and businesswoman. While in London, I was approached to model due to my appearance, and although modeling became a secondary passion, my primary focus has always been business. Over time, this passion led me into the exciting world of real estate investing, where I found the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity.

What drew me to real estate was the thrill of navigating investment returns and the art of negotiation. These key aspects of the business sparked my commitment to pursue real estate as a career.
