Nicole Wiggs

Nicole’s passion for real estate and finance began at an early age when she had a summer job as an intern working with her mom at the Tax Assessors Office in Plainfield, NJ. It was here where she not only learned the fundamentals of real estate and property taxes, but also witnessed first hand the importance people placed on the value of their properties.

After graduating from Howard University with a Bachelors degree in Insurance and International Business, and pursuing her Executive M.B.A. at DePaul University, and Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship at the University of California, Nicole officially began her real estate career in 2012 as Head of Operations for a real estate investment firm in Los Angeles.

Following years of heading up the bicoastal operations for this firm, Nicole decided to establish her own real estate investment firm where she was tirelessly devoted to helping fulfill her clients’ needs and cultivating relationships built on Dedication, Communication, Determination, and Trust.

Nicole dissolved the firm succeeding opportunities to move to Southeast Asia to work for a global tech company and most recently work for a nonprofit organization advocating for homeless veterans and families in Los Angeles. Longing to be closer to her family, Nicole relocated back to New Jersey in 2018 where her passion for real estate was reignited.

When Nicole is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family playing tennis, bike riding, and traveling. She has been to 22 countries so far. She also enjoys volunteering and contributing to various humanitarian efforts like civil rights, human rights, and poverty alleviation.
