Oana Salusbury

Oana Salusbury is responsible for strategizing and overseeing the rental portfolio within The Master’s Divisions. Prior to joining The Master's Division, Oana served as the Acting Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Maximus Real Estate Partners, where she was responsible for streamlining operational processes, enhancing organizational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives. Prior to Maximus, she was a founding member of the executive team for Equinox Hotels, where she played a pivotal role in developing business strategies, managing operations, and overseeing financial management. Preceding her time at Equinox Hotels, she dedicated five years at the Related Companies, where she led the development of new residential and commercial assets across New York City, notably contributing to Hudson Yards.

Oana holds a Master's in Business Management from Harvard University. She is the founder of Ohm Realty, a real estate consulting firm and serves as a career mentor and advisor for Harvard University.
