Born and raised near Annapolis, Maryland, Olivia pursued her studies at Penn State University, graduating in 2018 with a degree in public relations and international studies. Her academic interests took her to Chiang Mai University’s School of Law in Thailand, where she spent six months delving into global relations, which ignited her passion for international perspectives.
After graduation, Olivia moved to Bavaria, where she worked closely with the Managing Director of Germany at The Bicester Collection, a luxury retail group spanning Europe and China. Her role centered on project management and client-centric services, providing her with a solid foundation in high-end client interactions.
The pandemic led Olivia to New York City, where she took on the role of Executive Assistant to the co-owner of the New York Islanders. In this position, she managed the Owners’ Suite at UBS Arena and built strong connections with both local residents and high net worth individuals.
Her success in the hospitality sector brought her back to The Bicester Collection for their U.S. expansion project, Belmont Park Village. Olivia oversaw internal operations and managed the project’s sales center in Manhattan, where she played a crucial role in selling the Village to top luxury retail brands and CEOs. This role not only built on her experience with high-net-worth individuals but also integrated her deep understanding of both global luxury markets and local real estate dynamics.
As a third-generation real estate professional, Olivia has recently obtained her real estate license. She leverages her extensive experience in hospitality, clienteling, and sales to navigate the competitive New York City real estate market.
