Patricia Caneda

Patricia is a NJ native raised in the north and residing at the Jersey Shore for the last 22 years. In the early part of her career she worked as a mortgage broker for over a decade. She spent 7 years in hospitality as the owner and operator of her own gourmet empanada shoppe and upscale cuban restaurant and bar. Patricia wholesaled her empanada product to grocery stores, food trucks, and hospital/pharmaceutical corporate cafeterias. She has spent most of her career networking & connecting with her local community by volunteering, mentoring, and expanding her brand outside of the shore. She has shared her story and industry experience on platforms provided by local colleges, networking groups, radio, and television. Her passion and experience in commercial and residential design was the catalyst for a transition back to real estate on the agent side. As a realtor Patricia was the first in her agency to close a deal within her first two weeks. She went on to make “Rookie of the year” while becoming one of her agencies top producers. She has qualified as a member of the Circle of Excellence award every year and was featured in the top ten lists for production of units/volume over the course of her career. Patricia is immersed as a full time agent offering more than 20 years of marketing experience, housing market insights, and the negotiating power to close a deal. As a professional she has attributed her success almost exclusively on positive referrals and devotion to her clients. Patricia is also fully fluent in both written and spoken Spanish. Today you will find her growing into the real estate landscape of New York City with Nest Seekers while continuing to serve her home state in New Jersey with Nest Seekers of Rumson.
